ORDEN GASTRONOMICO

Preparación pequeña y muy aderezado con sabor fuerte que pueden ser, con lácteos, carnes frías, pescados o mariscos

                                   Pequeñas preparaciones generalmente horneadas,
                                                              100-120gramos

          Helados de sabores fuertes, limpian la garganta para el  plato fuerte.

                                               Proteína 150g sin hueso y con hueso 200g
                                                                                   
                                                                 Vegetales 80-100g
                                                                  Salsas 1onza
                                                                     Arroz  320-350g
                                                                 Ensaladas 320-350g



                                             BEVIDAS



                                                             
                                    Bebidas acompañantes: salen con el plato fuerte.
                                                     Vinos secos. Comida de sal
                         Vinos blancos. Carnes blancas pescados y mariscos 3/4
                                            Vinos tintos o rojos. Carnes rojas ¼
                                       Vinos rosados. Toda clase de preparación
